Who controls your data at Kontala and the rights you have over it under UK GDPR.

Kontala is operated by Axion London Limited, which is the data controller for your information and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate.
  • Erase your data (the "right to be forgotten").
  • Port your data to another service.

How to exercise them

Most of this you can do yourself in the app - see Export or delete your data. For anything else, email privacy@kontala.com and we will help.
