Export or delete your data
How to take a copy of your data or remove it from Kontala.

Your data is yours. You can take a copy of it or remove it whenever you like.
Export your data
Go to Settings → Data and choose Export. Kontala prepares a copy of your transactions and returns for you to download and keep.
Remove your data
- To clear imported data but keep your account, see Reset your data.
- To remove everything and close your account, see Delete your account.

If you would rather we handle it, email privacy@kontala.com with what you need. This ties into your rights under UK GDPR - see GDPR and your data rights.
Note that returns already submitted to HMRC remain on record with HMRC, as the law requires.
