Common connection errors
Fixes for the most common problems with bank feeds, FreeAgent, and CSV imports.

If Kontala is not seeing your transactions, one of these is usually the cause.
The feed stopped updating
Open banking access expires about every 90 days, and changing your bank password can end it early. Go to Settings → Connections, find the source marked Needs attention, and reconnect - see Fix a broken connection.
My bank is not listed
Not every bank is available for feeds yet. In the meantime, import a CSV export from your bank.
My CSV would not import
Check the file has clear date, description, and amount columns, and that you matched them correctly during upload. Re-export from your bank if the format looks unusual, then try again.
