Signing in to Kontala

You sign in to Kontala at app.kontala.com. The Kontala website and the app are separate, so bookmark the app for day-to-day use.

Sign in with your email and password

1. Enter your Email address and Password.
2. Tick Keep me logged in if you want to stay signed in on that device.
3. Choose Log in.

Sign in with Google

Below the sign-in form, choose Sign in with Google and pick your Google account. The first time, Kontala asks you to confirm your Kontala email and password once, to link the two accounts: choose Link and sign in. After that, Google alone signs you in.

Forgotten your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Reset my password.
2. Enter your Email address and choose Reset password.
3. If the address is registered, we email you a reset link. Open it, choose a new password of at least 8 characters, and choose Save my new password.
4. Sign in with your new password.

Reset links are valid for a limited time, so use the most recent one.

Locked out after failed attempts

After 5 failed attempts in a row, your account is locked for 30 minutes and even the correct password is refused. Wait for the lock to pass, then try again. Resetting your password does not lift the lock early.
