Share and export

Share a link

Copy a short share link to any chart or dashboard. Whoever opens it needs to be signed in to your organisation.

Comment on dashboards

Leave comments on dashboard tiles to discuss a number with your team. Viewers can read comments; admins and members can add them.

Export results

Download a chart's results as CSV or XLSX, formatted or raw. Download links last three days.

Spaces

Save charts and dashboards to spaces to organise them and share them with your team. Kontala's own dashboards live in the Kontala space and are kept up to date by Kontala, so duplicate one into another space before you change it.

Scheduled deliveries and alerts

Scheduled deliveries and threshold alerts are not supported in Kontala Analytics yet, so do not rely on them. We will update this page when they are.

Maps

Location data comes from DB-IP. If you share a map built from it outside Kontala, credit "IP Geolocation by DB-IP".
