Invite your accountant

Give your accountant or bookkeeper access to your Kontala account.

If an accountant or bookkeeper helps with your VAT, you can give them access to your Kontala account.

Send an invite

  1. Go to Settings → Team and choose Invite.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. They receive an invitation to join your account.

What they can do

Once they accept, your accountant can review your transactions, check your figures, and help you prepare and file returns - working in the same up-to-date view you see.

Removing access

You can remove someone at any time from Settings → Team. Access ends immediately.
