Invoices and VAT on your subscription
Where to find your Kontala invoices and how VAT is applied to your subscription.

Every payment you make to Kontala comes with an invoice you can download for your records.
Finding your invoices
Go to Settings → Billing to see your billing history. Each entry has a downloadable invoice showing what you paid and when.
VAT on your subscription
Kontala's prices are shown excluding VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice, so you have what you need to reclaim it if your business is eligible.
If you need a detail changed on an invoice - such as your business name or address - update it in Settings → Billing, or contact us and we will help.
